For over 15 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes of private households, helping make everyday life run a little more seamlessly.

My experience has taken me from working around Australia to Europe and the United States, working across private households and superyachts. I’ve worked as part of large household teams and completely independently, supporting everyone from busy families and high-profile individuals to households with complex schedules and multiple properties.

The Everyday Standard was created out of a realisation that more people want to reclaim their time. I wanted to make the experience of having a House Manager more accessible, offering the same considered, practical support without the expectation of a full-time commitment. A flexible service designed around the way people live today.

I’m naturally organised, efficient, and happiest when things are in order. I enjoy the process of resetting a space, finding solutions, and quietly taking care of the details. But ultimately, it is the trust that makes this work meaningful. Being welcomed into someone’s home and knowing that, by taking care of the everyday details, I can give them back something far more valuable, their time.
